Posted 05 June - Ive been trading Forex for around 18 months and have had some positive results but nothing to write home about. While trading Forex I developed a system based around Donchian Channels which I have adapted the crap out of to suit this market. Ive back tested and had positive results. Its a Donchian Channel based system.

Normally the donchian channel plots the 20 period high, 20 period low and calculates the median of the two. To suit high low binary trading I have taken a standard donchian channel, plotted the 20 period high and low, and anytime I see two consecutive bull candles off a low on a 5 minute time frame I enter a 20 minute expiry call. Conversely when I see two bear candles off a high, or for instance a new low and shooting star, enter a put 20 minute expiry.
