Start your review here. I wish I had searched out these reviews before placing my order! Terrible quality, and I was dinged for the brokerage fee, despite shopping from the Cdn site. Of the three shirts, zero are good quality. I ordere the "premium cotton" and they are all threadbare, and one is see through.
The print designs are faded and one shirt has a big black mark on it. The design is off center on one shirt, mind you the shirt itself is twisted on the bias, so it sits center. Hoping the company will rectify this, but I won't hold my breath.
Only the latest review will count in the company's TrustScore. Very misleading return policy. They would not refund my money on a t-shirt, they stated in an email to me that "Every Spreadshirt product is uniquely produced and printed especially for you. This is why we unfortunately cannot accept a return of the order for a refund", but their site says "Refund of your product cost as long as the product was not designed specifically for you".
They are not clear on the meaning of designed specifically for you. I chose a design from their site, I didn't use a design of my own.

Anyway, I will not be using this company again. I guarantee that spreadsheet will be out of business within a year! You cannot provide such a pathetic service and stay in business, especially in commerce. I ordered a T-Shirt a few months ago which, when it finally arrived from the US!!
I decided to try them again and after 3 weeks my shirt hadn't arrived and I now am awaiting a refund. Their business model is seriously flawed and if I was working for them I would be looking to leave a sinking ship as it inevitably goes down! The graphic on the hoodie that I ordered wasn't scaled to the garment which it can be and the quality of the graphic was absolutely substandard. I can appreciate that mistakes get made but customer service refused to address the quality issue and told me that as the image on line was on a Medium and I had ordered an XL so the graphic was in fact correct.
I wish I could post images so you could see for yourself. Terrible product, terrible experience. Printing on the pillow cases has faded after 2 washes Very disappointed in these products. After a 2nd wash the photos are very faint. This is very disappointing!

Ordered a birthday present well in advance, paid extra for a fast delivery. Item was dispatched over a week ago, and still not here. The worst delivery service I have ever came across. Purchased two shirts - quality was poor.

Definitely overpriced for what you get. One wasn't even legible because they printed black text on a heathered black shirt. I want a refund, but in order to get that, I had to pay for the return shipping for a quality issue that wasn't my fault! They tried to tell me that because I "chose" that material, it was my fault. Aside from coming off as condescending, communication took over a day each way. Super slow, convoluted and never got the same customer service rep. Save yourself a headache and DO NOT order from Spreadshirt.
I highly doubt that. Never recieved my shirt. But at least the store gave me my money back. Shirt quality was poor, tried to contact customer service and was put on hold for over 30 min, don't waste your time with this company. Their UK phone number is now not working and they are not answering emails. I have opened a case with the EU Online Dispute service to obtain my refund! They sent me a poorly made product that wasn't what I designed and didn't fit right even though I was very careful with the measuring guide.
I had to argue to get a refund. A friend and I parts for ruger mini-14 ranch rifle a tshirt from here a few years ago and it was excellent quality, still is. So I designed and bought a hoodie the other spreadshirt make money review and I'm honestly appalled.
The label in the hoodie is a company I've never heard of, the designs are a hell of a jforex api smaller than they looked on the website, and the material Genuinely disappointed, do not recommend. I got in touch with these guys because I thought they were a potential partner for my business idea.
The guy at other end of phone asked me to email. That was a while ago. Even though I felt their prices and profit sharing model was suspect, I emailed again to give them a chance. No reply or even a courtesy email back. It's a shame because they have a good model but it seems a foul everything else. Trust gone now after all the comments.
Bought several times from this company. I always use standard shipping and the order always arrives on time or earlier than expected! To me, paying for expedited shipping is a big waste of my money. Just order in advance and you'll be good.
The quality of the shirts is always great too. I design my own shirts and usually put several photos on them. They always come out clear! I reccomend using HD images I noticed this complaint in several reviews and wanted to hopefully give some insight as to why your print may have been blurry. So yes, I reccomend this site if you're looking for an easy way to design a product that looks awesome!
I'd argue no, because ink isn't cheap either. I was leery about ordering from this company based on reviews that I read, but it was the only place in which I could order the desired T-shirts. I purchased two T-shirts with a factory design. The shirts are fruit of the loom heavy cotton. I am happy with the imprint on the T-shirts. They are consistent and seem decent quality similar to that found on any T-shirt in a store. I would order from them again.
Our order was not delivered on time even after paying for express shipping. We called customer service and they reassured us that our package would be here on the 30th and we need not to worry. It's now the 3rd and still no shirts. Our new years plans were ruined thanks to spreadshirt.
Cost us a lot of money and embarrassment when learning at the last min that we were unable to attend the new years event. Thanks for nothing spreadshirt for ruining our night.
